Luky bay definitively belongs to the best beaches in the world. The sand has “retina” quality. I cannot see the individual grains of sand anymore. Just awesome. And officially the whitest. And almost forgot to mention: wild Kangaroo at the beach.

Kokerbin Rock ist der drittgrösste Monolit in AU. Mit 42 Grad Celsius und gigantisch vielen Fliegen war an eine Besteigung nicht zu denken. War aber trotzdem sehr schön. Die ganze Gegend ist noch einsamer als Alberta es war. Jetzt noch eine Abendbesichtigung des Wave Rock gemacht. Leider etwas zu spät für den Sonnenuntergang. Hätten nicht so lange im Pool sein sollen. Lena wurde im Pool von einer Wespe gestochen. Es wimmelt hier von Schweizern, warum? Niemand sonst kommt auf die Idee, mitten im Sommer in dieser Ecke Ferien zu machen.

Der ganze Hyden Rock Fels ist super, nicht der Wave Rock selber. Ist 2.7 Mia Jahre alt.

Now I finally know. 42 was not selected arbitrarily. 42 degrees is the limit with which brain functions have to be kept at a minimum and great insights become possible. Answer and question do both exits together but only volatile, like quantum entanglement, but back in climatised rooms it’s gone.

So far we have sent two parcels 8 and 9 kilos back home and just gave 7 kilos to my poor parents (panicking because of weight limit). Yet we have more lugagge than we started with. A miracle.

The Tilley Hat (insured) is the one thing I am loosing. But only when there is a chance of getting it back. In Rarotonga I lost it in the bus and could get it back 7 days later. In Perth I lost it in our first hotel, now I got it back..
